We are the owners of the Bij Brainz App. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the app.

Information Collection and use
While using our app, an account must be created on this website. The account will be stored on the server for an undetermined time. This account is used to log in on the app. Personal Information, such as names and contact information, will not be shared with third parties. We use Personal Information only for the functionality of the app.
Camera
The app makes use of the camera whenever a user wants to update his profile picture. This photo will be stored on the server and will not be publicly available. The profile picture is visible by other members of Bij Brainz, as well as the other information related to the account.
Location
The app makes use of the location of the user to check whether a person is present at the Brainz location. If so, the user gets a notification to ask whether he wants to check in at Brainz. This is done by the Google Location Service. The location will only be requested if a user has the location sharing turned active on his phone.
Security
The app receives and sends all information via a secure https connection. Also oAuth2 is used for all the requests. For each request that is done by the app a Acces Token is included to ensure the identity of the user.
